  2. 12 slices white bread
  3. 1u2009u00bc pounds ring beef
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 small onion, chopped
  6. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. u00be cup shredded Cheddar cheese

The instruction how to make Hamburger Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one side of each slice of bread, and press each slice butter-side alongside into the cups of a muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend together the sports ground beef, egg, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper until well blended. Fill each bread cup taking into account bearing in mind the mixture. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese higher than the tops.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until meat is cooked through.
